I had a mate thalied all the time, loads of stories. Everyone knew him for it, , but they would take everything with a pinch of salt. It was funny at times watching people’s faces as they realised he was talking rubbish. It was all stories, but he was fun to be around, you just didn’t take anything he said seriously! For some reason women would be attracted to hi., that was until they realised he talked a load of cobblers at times, then they would abandon him. It always took a few weeks for the penny to drop that he was talking rubbish. Then they would give up on him. I knew others that were the same, but they were not so nice people, so I learned to stay clear of them at an early stage.
